Description

Test step "Then I should receive an email notifying me of the page that is over due for a content review" is failed.

Executed on: SCPS PHP 8.1 Chrome sink

I'd be keen to validate that we didn't screw up the email set up here before bringing this into refinement.

Can confirm email works in that environment. Tested by changing password of a user and I got an email about it.
