With CMS 4.6.0 the following will be out of date: https://userhelp.silverstripe.org/en/4/creating_pages_and_content/creating_and_editing_content/images_and_documents/#uploading-images-from-a-page

There's now a new flow to edit file details and the UI looks slightly different. See implementation: silverstripe/silverstripe-asset-admin#813
