VersionedTestSessionExtension is currently deprecated

I've un-deprecated as part of this open issue - I've deemed it to broad to leave it deprecated at this point and likely to create too much noise

Once the bulk of depredations have been processed, look at re-deprecation this again separately

Acceptance criteria

  • Unit tests in core + kitchen-sink are updated so that VersionedTestSessionExtension is no longer required
  • VersionedTestSessionExtension is marked as deprecated

Notes

  • Because this is marked as low priority, this does not need to happen in time for 5.0.0
