Purchased video not detected

Hello, i have set up the program to login and download all content i have purchased but one specific video will not detect.
Its inside a paid message with two videos (one short trailer - and the second flip with the long purchased one) - but the whole message is not detected as a paid message with video.

Any hint on how to detect that or do you need any debug info?
