When failing to open CSV from URL, cannot navigate back home #2440

I do the following on Mac OS desktop client:

File > Open CSV from URL...
Enter the URL, press OK

Application attempts to open the URL, but there's an error. The following screen is displayed:

Problem: There's no way to navigate back to the home screen. The only way to get back is to quit the application and open again.
