Azure site extension of let's encrypt hangs on 'Please wait' page

A site extension was working great for 2-3 years but at some point it became impossible to issue new certificates, because active subscription has changed for web app. After updating subscription ID to a new one, a site extension does not proceed to domain list, and just hangs on 'Please wait' page, which is constantly reloaded.

If I click 'click here' link it shows me an error that AzureWebJobsDashboard and AzureWebJobsStorage parameters are not set, but those are certainly set (otherwise I can't proceed to 'Please wait' page)

How can I fix this? If that is some configuration issue, how do I know what is wrong?

@danww It has resolved itself after a couple of weeks has passed. Not sure what has caused it and how to resolve it when it happens again.

Also have this issue, works fine on our main site but not when trying to set up a slot. Certain the AzureWebJobsDashboard and Storage app settings are correct
