wsclean options have changed

I haven't quite been able to track down where the command-line options to wsclean are given (I'm learning Docker as I go here, which is complicating things a little) but when wsclean is invoked it uses an old option -makepsf, which should now be -make-psf. This causes the simulator to barf at the imaging stage.

I think it makes use of the Pyxis' im module, which is here:

FYI: If you doing telescope simulations you should consider using stimela

I started taking stimela for a spin, but haven't been able to get the example running (it doesn't find the simms docker image). This may just be me failing a basic docker intelligence test. What is the best way to contact you with feedback and questions? I noted a few inaccuracies on the tutorials page, for instance.
