On launch already existing demo is successfully parsed but after that dota client stops writing(updating) demo file

If I understand correctly, you start recording demo, and whatever is already written gets successfully parsed, but then, while clarity process is running, the dota client does not update the file any longer? What OS are you on?

Exactly, im on Windows 10 21H2 Build ver. 19044.2006
