Describe the Issue (screenshots encouraged!)

This is a topic that comes up fairly frequently, so we should both test and document how to implement sticky headers for tables. We can also link to the resource below on the subject.

Note that Geoff reported on Discord that he was unable to get sticky headers working with v2 headers, so we should verify the v3 table styles do not have the same issue.
