Quill turns DIV elements inside TD elements into further TD elements

Hello!

When Quill (v2.0.2) encounters DIV elements inside TD elements, it turns them into further TD elements.
Why is that the case and is there a way to avoid it?

Example:

  <tr>
    <td>abc
      <div>def</div>
    </td>
  <tr>
</table>

->

<table>
  <tbody>
    <tr>
      <td data-row="1">abc</td>
      <td data-row="1">def</td>
    </tr>
  </tbody>
</table>

You can try it out in on the playground at https://quilljs.com/playground/snow. Paste the following code for index.js:

This seems to be a limitation of quill.clipboard.convert() . Using quill.clipboard.dangerouslyPasteHTML() provides the same result.
