Bug: s-tap table inclusion issue #43

When adding a column filter with a "*" in the table section, it incorrectly adds tables which should not be included.

Example below should not catch the users table but currently it does:

# Pardot Tables:

pardot.campaigns.*
pardot.email_clicks.*
pardot.list_memberships.*
pardot.lists.*
pardot.opportunities.*
pardot.prospect_accounts.*
pardot.prospects.*
# pardot.users
pardot.visitor_activities.*
pardot.visitors.*
pardot.visits.*

# Pardot Columns:

pardot.*.*
