To Reproduce
Doing basically anything outside of playing/pausing/stopping/changing volume causes dsicordbee to just die. This happens when I:

  • close musicbee and reopen
  • close discord and reopen
  • close both and reopen
  • change a text field in discordbee and hit save
  • disable and enable the plugin

It seems the only solution I have found so far is to fully reboot my computer.

Expected behavior
This never happened before. I've never had a single issue with this plugin. 3.0.4 thankfully fixed the issue of the plugin not working whatsoever, but now it's very finicky and dies for the smallest of reasons.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • MusicBee Version: 3.5.8143 P
  • Plugin Version: 3.0.4

What do you mean with "just dies". Does it stop updating, does it vanish, does muicbee get stuck, does it crash?

Just dies as in it vanishes/no longer shows up in my discord rich presence.

Though it seems to be behaving better now. Outside of the custom button breaking the plugin completely (no longer shows in rich presence) if you exceed the 25-character limit for its label, the plugin has been relatively stable for today, thankfully.
