Specific issue with now playing status on Active Now screen

Describe the bug
Running discordBee does not show my profile in my friends' "Active Now" section. My playing status and details will show on the server view and profile view, but not on the Active Now view. Not sure if this is something Discord needs to handle on their end, or if this is a change to how discordbee interacts with discord.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install discordbee in MusicBee
2. Setup with custom discord and imgur app
3. Play music as to show your Discord profile playing music
4. Have Discord friends verify they can/cannot see you playing music in their "Active Now" section on the main friends page.

Expected behavior
My friends should see me in their "Active Now" section with song details and album artwork
