Desire for a marker free, vision based state estimator for arm. #2

Could try to apply surf/sift or some like feature detectors, and knowledge of 
the arm to estimate joint pose.  While useful, camera properties do not have to 
be used, and could be optional, as we could take advantage of the constraints 
from the arm.

OpenCV could be a reasonable dependency for such an estimator.
