Hello! I just landed a change in behavior to Cumulus ETL's chart review mode (which side bar: is a really cool feature that uploads notes to Label Studio for you).
All DocumentReference notes used to be their own entry in Label Studio. But reviewers found it easier if we grouped notes by encounter. So now the ETL gathers any selected notes from the same encounter together as one Label Studio item (and clearly separates the notes in the text).
Along with this change, the ETL also started uploading some new metadata with the notes. The Encounter's real & anonymized IDs as well as the real & anonymized IDs for all DocRefs inside each Label Studio item. This should help you go back to either your EHR or Athena sources if you need to for a given note. These IDs show up as new columns in Label Studio's web UI, as well as inside any export of data that you do.
