On the Chainlink node quickstart page, it says that the key sequence to detach from the docker container is ⌘-P and ⌘-Q on MacOS (see more here).

On Mac, docker no longer uses the ⌘-P and ⌘-Q sequence. It uses CTRL-p CTRL-q (see more here).

How important it is?

Not important. Only presents minor confusion to a reader that is unfamiliar with Docker.
