运行几天出现无法登录管理页面及down的kakfa节点在恢复后管理页面无法监听到 #707

环境：

系统： Redhat 7.6
EFAK版本：3.0.1
kafka版本：kafka_2.13-3.1.1
zookeeper版本：zookeeper-3.6.3

问题1. 运行几天出现无法登录管理页面

查看日志无任何输出：
解决办法：重启efak
./ke.sh stop;./ke.sh start

问题2. down的kakfa节点在恢复后管理页面无法监听到

kafka集群中有一个kafak节点down，并且kafka所在系统服务器也关机了
当人工干预恢复down掉主机及应用，在EFAK的“PERFORMANCE” -> "NODE" -> "Kafka"中看不到恢复的节点
解决办法：
解决办法：重启efak
./ke.sh stop;./ke.sh start
