Can Piranha automatically infer strand when handling paired-end stranded data? #10

I have paired-end stranded data. Is piranha strand and mate-pair aware? If the reads overlap and the reverse-read is from the opposite strand, does the peak calling take this into account or do I need to stitch the reads together before mapping & peak-calling?
