Hi
I get the result like below after running the software.
chr1 629440 629460 X 1723 + 1.82165e-07
What the number 1723 represent ?
I do 3 replicate experiments. And I get 2134 ,3353 ,20476 peaks correspondingly.Why they vary so much ?
Can you give me some advice?
