The latest projects query timed out a bit recently. It's mostly pretty fast, but I bet we could tune things a bit.

Are there indexes that would help? Perhaps on ispublished or lastpublished
Does it make sense to cache the deleted users list

Nothing to act on right now, since the failures seem transient, but if they come up a few more times its worth investigating.
