Current behavior:
Drag and Drop to create a schedule

Expected correct behavior:
There should be a button that allows you to upload a CSV

event_id,room_id,start_date,start_time - extra columns are ignored.
Dates / Times should be ISO 8601 style, and use the conference timezone
