Sigh, rubocop is weird with the v7 updates...

  • should require, not skip hash names (e.g. url: url, not just url:)
  • should allow symbol arrays, and maybe undo some of the existing stuff.
  • should enable the time rails ones but not change current code.
  • should probably drop the hash alignment one
