  • Happening now feature specs should be shared between splash page / proposals page. Shared Examples are iffy, could just be their own spec file
  • For happening now we need to specify the # of events more easily.
  • Admin proposals partial for table could be simplified
  • loading of the happening now events shouldn't be in the helper
    • Move the load_happening_now to a service, then set ivars in each controller?
