Can't hear the other person on the call basically, uses the handset speaker instead of the bulk speaker.

Hi, thanks for the report. Can you please provide more details? What Android update? What version of Android are you using, what is your phone model?

Do you know exactly what you need? Unsure I can root the phone to pull stats, but I can use ADB. See also the bugs I opened about bluetooth issues when you get a chance.
