$ git log libsnowflakeclient/cacert.pem | grep Date
Date:   Fri Sep 22 14:35:34 2023 -0700
Date:   Fri Dec 1 16:43:17 2017 -0800

pretty infrequently.

  1. will you be notified
    not explicitly, but you can subscribe to PRs which is of course much broader than this, or create custom alerting for yourself.
    Also need to understand that updating cacert bundle should be transparent to our users, and only goal is to have the ~mostly up to date of well-known CAs. Which don't change very frequently.
