Add com.snowplowanalytics.snowplow.enrichments/sql_query_enrichment_config/jsonschema/1-0-1

It should add the possibility to configure the connection pool used in SQL enrichment.

At least the maximum pool size should be made configurable, and probably other parameters as well.
