Line 10 in ad6cecf

"uri": "http://snowplow-hosted-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/third-party/maxmind"

resolves to eu-west-1 and some people have issues downloading that (e.g. from ap-southeast-2) so we should either:

specialize the urls based on the region
find some way to proxy requests to the correct bucket in the proper region

This is especially important as more and more enrichments will be relying on local files
