Add ability to detect available memory and configure accordingly #180

Rather than publishing three separate images with hardcoded memory values it might be nicer to have a simple startup script that:

  1. Gets the available VM ram
  2. Applies the memory split according to the same logic as has been applied
  3. Updates the environment variables accordingly
  4. Launches the system
