Describe the bug

The Conversation paragraphs in Lua file would not parse correctly, so the portrait and the position tags would not effect.

Fix
With the help of Wolfrug, fixed this bug by Change the source code in ConversationManager.cs , the Regex pattern to : "((?[^:]+)(:)?(?.*))"; then it run correctly.
