Additional Payment Support Needed

Currently SCALEReg only supports Verisign Payflow Link as a payment
gateway.  In recent years this service has become unreliable.   Support for
additional payment providers would allow us to reduce registration issues
experienced each year.

There are multiple Scale 8X milestones. I think you can change it as a project 
member.

I'm going to be targeting this very soon.  Paypal and Google checkout will be 
among
the payment gateways we attempt to fixup.  Let me know if there is other work 
to be done.
