Issue/Feature Description:
The issue is raised to enable support for uploading files for different buckets in parallel.
Currently only single file can be uploaded across buckets

Why this issue to fixed / feature is needed(give scenarios or use cases):
Enable good user experience for huge size file upload scenario.

How to reproduce, in case of a bug:
Try to upload a file if one file is already uploading.
