Dashboard requirements for Jerba release v1.4.0

Issue/Feature Description:
This issue is an overall list of the new features, change requests and major fixes to be made to the SODA Dashboard as part of the Jerba release.

Multi-cloud Requirements

• Bucket Tiering in multi-cloud Support bucket tiering CRUD in SODA Multicloud Add support for custom tiers in SODA Multicloud. #523
• Support adding bucket tiers in the current workflow of SODA Multicloud for ex: Bucket creation and management
• Support Bucket policy (deferred to next release)

Delfin Requirements

• Add new drivers support based on availability of hardware

  • EMC XtremeIO,
  • HPE MSA,
  • IBM DS8000,
  • IBM Flashsystems,
  • IBM A9000R,
  • Hitachi HUS VM

• Performance framework enhancement

  • Configuration API to be added again (maybe)
  • Device configuration page.
  • User should be able to get capability
  • User should be able to select the capability.
  • User should be able to configure the performance collection based on the capability.
