Insatllation of delfin a failure in ubuntu 22.04 #546

Issue/Feature Description:

a) Couldn't install Delfin on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS

The dashboard is not coming up
installation dashboard in Unbuntu has a problem
Only the blue background in the dashboard is coming up

b) Why does the issue has to be fixed:-

Blocker for Virtualbox Unbuntu
For successful installation of the dashboard in Unbuntu
Reproduce the bugs
Delfin with dashboard installation in Ubuntu

HOST OS - Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
