With one of the latest security patches where we introduced GuardDuty, pulumi no longer can automatically delete the subnets due to the presence of the VPC endpoint of GuardDuty. Until we figure out how do integrate AWS GuardDuty properly so it works for standing up and also deleting, we will have no GuardDuty running.
