Facing this issue when i tried to delete some entries from Items Journal file and run import command again for remigration

It seems like your Itemsjournal.txt file is corrupt? Have you maybe induced a non-compliant line somewhere? Seems like somewhere in your file there is a non-numeral string where a number is expected.
