Currently, if the User notices that the Subscription failed (say because of a Payment), they will need to:
Click on the Subscription
Check that the last Installment Failed
Find the corresponding Order in the Orders tab
Go to the Order
Go to the Payment Tab
Find the corresponding Payment and error
This requires some degree of domain knowledge, and I was wondering whether we couldn't somehow show the last payment error on the Installment tab, like a "shortcut" for users with less familiarity with Solidus:
