Test Gap Description

Looking to address two gaps

  1. sonic-mgmt minigraph generates the system_ports directly from minigraph. Need to chenge this to use the InterfaceMetadata as used in production graph/devices.
  2. Compare the system ports across linecards to make sure there is no mismatch in system_port_id generation across linecards
