Guitar 1.2.999 froze when adding a new local repo if gravatar is enabled

Setup:

• on Ubuntu 24.04
• Guitar 1.2.999 from nightly Debian package
• and with manual install of libssl1.1_1.1.1f-1ubuntu2.23_amd64.deb see Nigthly bluid guitar_1.2.999_amd64.deb do not work on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS #151
• (with a user with a working Gravatar)

To reproduce:

• setup the user global mail parameters for a gravatar
• try to add a local repository with Add > add existing > Local

-> the software froze, and it's not even possible to click on the "Cancel" button

Workaround:

• edit the 'Behavior' setting
• uncheck both 'gravatar.com' and 'libravatar.org'
• uncheck use 'Use avatar icon provider'
• then it is possible to add a local repo

Notes:

• if you uncheck only 'Use avatar icon provider', Guitar will still froze, it is required to uncheck first the avatar provider
• i use gravatar.com, i don't know if it's only a gravatar. related bug or if it's also affect libravatar

Update:
The 'Automatically fetch when opening the repository' checkbox, also freeze Guitar.

So it's seems than the bug is related to checkboxes either in the "ehavior" panel, or in all the Settings panels.

Additionally, trying to use the "Browse..." button to setup a working folder also freeze Guitar.
