Hey, I've updated my local copy of tcp-spy to support options for using TLS. I can make a PR if that's something you'd like.

This is what it looks like (lines 13-21):

I did not add command-line options as I'm using tcp-spy programmatically, but I can add some to cmd.js if you want.
