Dear ARC Community,
We trust you're doing great. Our team's been busy, as usual, cooking up some exciting stuff for ARC. In this month's newsletter, we've got a bunch of cool updates to share across our branches: ARC API and ARC IaC.
No more waiting, let's get to the good stuff!
🔧 ARC API
User-Tenant Service: Happy to announce that our old user-tenant service now has new capabilities. Offering more stringent cross tenant checks along with new API to favour better and more secure user-tenant management. All thanks to Sunny Tyagi for incorporating all the necessary changes.
Entity Reference Overridable: Transferring the power in your hands. Users can now override the reference of entities in authentication service, gaining full control by customizing entities and their relationships
Multiple Features to Toggle: Exciting News! Introducing a game-changing update, our feature_flag decorator now supports multiple features in a single list, giving you the power to choose between 'AND' or 'OR' strategies. Take full control of your feature toggles effortlessly!. Contributed by Devyani Kulshreshta
⏳ Coming Soon
Excited to share what we will be serving you soon:
Reporting Service: Our upcoming Reporting MS will enable aggregating information from distributed databases, offering a consolidated, customizable, and query-driven solution. Imagine configuring your reports and charts across multiple DBs with ease! Ensuring seamless data visualization and analysis with ACL to maintain personalization and data security.
Sequelize Backward Compatibility: We know that you wish to move to sequelize knowing all the added benefits you will be having over juggler. Your wish is our command, we are currently working on adding support for sequelize along with the existing juggler usage as it will not be possible for everyone to make the shift right away.
Grouping in Notification-Service: The notification service will be elevated with the introduction of categorization features, including sleep mode, unread status, and timely range. Users can group multiple notifications into one, enjoy features like daily digest for a summarised view, ensuring uninterrupted focus and improved productivity.
