Until a few days ago(that I am aware of) sourcery was working but then maybe due to either VSCode updates / extension updates or something else it stopped.

I tried most of the latest sourcery versions and going down in this list, the first working one I found was v1.5.0.

VSCode-> version: 1.84.1
OS-> macOS Sonoma Version 14.0

sourcery.log (v1.13.0)

Steps I have tried:

  1. Downgrading VSCode, 1 to 3 versions with no success
  2. Uninstalling and installing sourcery extension
  3. Logging in the sourcery extension

Hi @carlos-ventura-fo - this is due to a recent change in how we charge for Sourcery. We've had a number of long discussions about this internally, and ultimately from a business perspective we've had to shift to have Sourcery be free for open source projects and paid for private projects.

If you click on the sourcery icon in the sidebar you can see your upgrade options.

Sorry our communication around this change has not been clear enough - we'll be taking some steps shortly to improve on that front. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] if you have further questions or concerns (we also give free access for students and educators).
