Forwarding after login to the originally requested URL does not work

Description - What happened? *

Iteration on #280 because that fix was not sufficient.

User can access the data catalogue via the Portal menu on the left-hand side. When a portal user clicks on “data catalogue” the menu item shall show that it is currently displayed (e.g. grey background). Furthermore, the data catalogue shall have a unique link (e.g. (http://www.portal.mobility-dataspace.eu/datacatalogue)). If this link is clicked and the person is logged in, they shall be directed to the data catalogue directly. If the person is not logged in, the log in mask shall be displayed and upon successful completion, the user shall be redirected to the data catalogue and not the main page of the Portal.

Expected Behavior *

User should be redirected to the data catalogue and not the main page of the Portal

Observed Behavior *

Pasting the link to a catalog in a clean browser is redirecting to MDS Home instead of the desired catalog item.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Log in to the MDS Portal.
2. Navigate to "data catalogue page"
