Description

InteractionRateLimitAnnounceAdminsDelay seems to be set far to low. Leading to multiple erroneous reports of autoclicker usage, 9 in a single evac shuttle transport time.

Reproduction
spam any spammable action. congrats you triggered it.

Real Reproduction
Take Syringe + Beaker
Draw 15u from Beaker
Inject 15u into Beaker
repeat moderately rapidly until adminnotice triggered.

Was it lowered? Cause it was previously set at roughly where it ceases to be possible without autoclicker AFAIK.

There was a PR to move it all to shared instead of (where ever it was)
since that PR has gone live its been triggering a WHOLE lot more often.

So either it just wasn't triggering 90% of the time beforehand and is now working as intended.
with the issue of it being a "boywhocriedwold" adminnotice currently (one every 10 mins ish atleast)
compared to the "this guy is 100% using a macro" it was before.

Is it in any way tied to tickrate? Tickrate is lower on the live servers than dev and I've noticed this having an effect on a many things.

Server tickrate is the same as local.

It's probably some stuff triggering multiple interactions doing it, needs further investigating.
