Add sync translation command

Hi,
Thank you for this package, I wanted to add an artisan command to be able to sync translation files with databases record, this command would be helpful to manage translation by a placeholder, by this command we are able to insert new translation files into the database but not reverse and then if it's required we can replace some translation text through an admin panel, actually, I'm using your package and I've added this command to my local project to handle this situation. please let me know if it's a good idea to add this feature to your project.
