Issue:
The modified agent merging file could not be used by Tim to merge multiple agents.

Causes:
There was a symbol (?) in the NewAgentID field.
The columns have been moved, deleted, or added to.
Records have been removed.

tlammer modified the milestones: Specify 6, Specify 7

Another Cause:
Data added to new columns, essentially adding a new column, with or without a header.
