CO_CREATE_PREP creates non expanded preparation in table view

Describe the bug
When remote properties CO_CREATE_PREP is set to TRUE, the preparation is automatically created upon CO creation, but not expanded. Conversely, manual click on the CO form to add new preparation automatically adds and expanded preparation. One would expect consistent behavior for both ways to add a preparation.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Global Resources > Remote Preferences (${base_url}specify/resources/app-resource/2/) and set CO_CREATE_PREP_4=true following documentation.
2. Click on 'Data Entry > Collection Objetc' (${base_url}/specify/view/collectionobject/new/)
3. Scroll down to 'Preparations' subview
4. Automatically created preparation is not expanded.
5. Click on '+' button to add a new preparation
6. Manually created preparation is expanded.

Expected behavior
I expect the automatically created preparation to be expanded
