-지+않다 활용 추가

"않다" 뒤에 다시 활용이 들어가기 때문에 구현 어려움. 지금은 '잖아'만 따로 들어가 있어서 '잖다', '잖게' 따위의 활용은 불완전하다.

많이 쓰는 활용만 더 추가하는 방법, pros: 구현 간단, cons: 불완전
선어말 어미처럼 구현, pros: 모든 경우 커버 가능, cons: 어미 데이터 크기 증가
보조용언처럼 구현, cons: 어미 데이터 크기 증가
