This PR aims to remove dependency on https://github.com/splunk/splunk-add-on-for-ucc-example repository by bringing the add-on under test to SmartX itself so it can developed and released separately from UCC Example repository which will be deprecated after the migration.

The pipeline is green, updated with last available version of UCC.

Some tests are still running for around 2 hours, but it is out of scope of this PR and will be updated in the future PRs.
