Currently, custom .spec files need to be explicitly listed in the configuration. It would be nice if we could open an app under development as a workspace and have the extension look automatically for additional spec files in the expected README/*.conf.spec location to add to the built in spec files.

Several potential additional benefits to an app as a workspace come to mind as well because then the expected directory structure is known.
