Now with ping, upload, and (new) download tests

Added download speed test as suggested by @ufechner7, in addition to existing character ping and upload tests.

Build with CMake

Added a CMake build method, in addition to the standard make. With CMake you may also create .deb and .rpm packages.

Easier-to-Parse Output Format

A handful of smaller fixes, and the removal of the three-dash prefix on the output lines.
It should be easier to parse in a script.
